Delmec DRC have been contacted by the client to support them in the tower
strengthening and BTS project.
The customer was getting poor quality of work from its contractors and wanted to
improve them by using a competent company that should train the contractors and
perform Quality Checks on their works
Challenge
The customer contacted Delmec to help them to increase the quality for work done by different contractors.
Quality of Job done by the contractor was very poor in 2017 when Delmec started working with the customer.

Train the contractors on tower strengthening and tower maintenance.
During the training, they learn the right standard for those kind of

Analysis
Delmec start providing analysis for all the existing tower allow the
customer to have accurate date and high-quality reports -
Quality checks
Delmec start checking all strengthening and BTS to make sure that all
work are done at the highest standard.
