Role Overview
The ePMO Manager will be responsible for establishing, leading and optimising, the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) to drive strategic alignment and operational excellence across the organisation. They will ensure effective governance, standardised program management practices, and successful execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, delivering results within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of project and program managers, driving best practices in project management.
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the ePMO, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Oversee enterprise-wide project execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
- Define and implement standardised project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Monitor project performance, risks, and dependencies, reporting insights to senior leadership.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Act as the primary liaison between senior leadership and project teams, ensuring alignment and communication.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
- Optimise resource allocation across projects, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
- Manage project budgets and develop performance-tracking dashboards for financial oversight.
- Promote a high-performance culture by recruiting, training, and developing project management professionals.
- Promote continuous learning and competency-building across the organisation.
- Establish and maintain a contract tracking system and oversee contract administration.
- Ensure timely milestone tracking and vendor performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing an ePMO/PMO.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level projects and large-scale transformations.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial management of projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and industry best practices.
- Previous experience managing a team of project managers and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic insight.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Primavera).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align projects with business goals and objectives.
- Strong written and verbal English language is essential.
